The Maple Park UMC Safe Haven program is a CPS Interfaith-based collaboration, providing a safe, nurturing, and educationally enriched environment for school-age children between the ages of 5 and 18 years old. Curriculum includes: Junior Achievement/Financial Literacy, Common Threads/Health and Nutrition, and Bulldog/Anti-bullying. Safe Haven is a free program that gives Maple Park UMC the opportunity to enhance its relationship with neighboring communities by addressing one of their most important needs, caring for their children.
